SEMP Repository update is nearly complete - Friday, September 19, 2008

The update of the portal/website has been 95% completed.

Note the document library has been modified.

  • There is a new classification of document types to differentiate SEMP documents from other types, such as research and monitoring performed for sponsors other than SERDP.
  • The document library can be searched using a tree view of the classifications.
  • The upload/edit portion is still not working.

By SEMP ADMINISTRATOR

The Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) is the Department of Defense's environmental science and technology program.

The SERDP Ecosystem Management Project (SEMP) was established as a new SERDP initiative in 1998 with two primary goals, to establish site(s) on Department of Defense facilities for long-term ecosystem monitoring, and to pursue ecosystem research activities relevant to sustaining DoD mission capabilities.

The SEMP Data Repository provides access to research project, data, documents, and other information that are relavant to support the SERDP Ecosystem Management Project (SEMP) long-term monitoring and research initiatives.
